Our team
Jessica studied Law at Sydney University until she decided to specialise in Property Law and transferred to Macquarie University to complete her Conveyancing Law in Practice Course and become a Licensed Conveyancer.
Jessica loves being able to help people and make a difference to the day to day lives of the clients that come for advice. Whether you’re the older person banking the large profits from selling the empty nest family home, the young family buying their first home, or the investor that is growing their portfolio.
Jessica enjoys being a licensed conveyancer and is always making sure she is educated on the latest conveyancing procedures and legislation. She is a confident, young business woman who has helped many people grow their businesses and has provided executive assistance to many successful businesses to date.
Kellie has always had an interest in Real Estate. She worked at a local real estate office doing sales administration for a few years but still felt a certain passion was missing in this role. The opportunity arose to get into Conveyancing and she began working at a local conveyancing business. Kellie quickly realised this was the career for her and immediately enrolled in Macquarie University’s Conveyancing Law and Practice course. Kellie completed the course whilst working part time and became a Licensed Conveyancer in September 2016.
Kellie loves the personal aspect of the job. She loves getting to know her clients and assisting them in what is essentially a big step in life for most people. She understands that some people need more guidance than others and will cater to the needs of each individual client. This may be through face to face meetings, email or phone calls, whatever works best for the client.
Whether it is buying their first home, selling a family home full of memories or adding to their investment portfolio. Kellie makes herself available to answer any questions relating to the transaction and will smoothly step all clients through the process no matter what their knowledge is.
